03Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed to respond to survey and quote requests, to carry out contract processes, to communicate about our services, to fulfil legal obligations and to ensure the security of our website.
04Legal Grounds
Your data is processed on the grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, namely the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where applicable, your explicit consent.
05Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred, solely for the purposes above and with the necessary technical and administrative measures in place, to authorised public authorities and to the suppliers/business partners the service requires. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
06Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the statute-of-limitations/retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
07Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it is, to request its correction or deletion, to request that processing be restricted and, where applicable, to seek compensation for any damage.
